This is an economical stay if you expect a basic decent room at a good price point. My rating is also driven by the value for money. Positives- Basic breakfast included scambled eggs, fresh waffles, cereal, hashbrowns, good coffee, fruit, breads and spreads. Microwave in the room is a great plus. Ample free parking on the lot on ground level Right on a major road within 15 min from downtown Montreal and a few eateries nearby Downsides- Even though no elevators, but the hotel only has ground 1 floors so not too much of a hassle unless you have a lot of heavy luggage Breakfast room is slightly small. Rooms are old without much view but given the price point, it is worth it if you just want to stay and explore around.

Great affordable hotel, it was clean but a little old. Lobby was extremely hot all the time and for breakfast was very uncomfortable due to high temperatures (above 80 degrees). Location was great!!!

When I booked and paid for the room it said 2 queen beds but I check-in and they're 2 double beds.So cramped when we sleep. The bath tub drain not working, when I take a shower the water level is above my lower legs

The property is in Brossard, far from Montreal attractions or a metro. But otherwise, there are many tourist amenities nearby. It is understaffed for its size. Rooms and parking are adequate. But the management apparently seems to be cutting corners. Breakfast area is far too small for the number of guests and the chairs as well as food items run out all the time. The staff deliberately ignores restocking of breakfast items, while housekeeping staff require constant follow-up if you wish to get your rooms cleaned. An adequate property made unpleasant by understaffing.
