It was a good place. Had to pay for extra parking. The place needed more face cloths, tea towels, dish cloth and more blankets. It was convent to get to Canmore. Hot tub was not working when we were there which was disappointing. Overall it was good. Would stay there again.

I have stayed at Copperstone many times and have always enjoyed my stay. A highlight of the stay is always the spacious hot tub with the beautiful view. This time the hot tub was closed for repairs but has been for some time now. When I booked I read that the due date for completion was prior to our booking date and that is why I still choose to book there. I am very disappointed that it was not complete and that there has been no contact about compensation for this loss. Also the interior of the suit could have been cleaner and better stocked. The cupboards, dishware and dining chairs were also damaged. Overall a great space when maintained but needing a little TLC

The place was comfortable and big to accommodate our group of 6 adults howevet duvet was badly stained, property didnt offer enough towels for 6, office hours wete limiting so difficult to be at site till 12 noon when office opened as we left daily early morning. You need to take garbage out and no cleaning swrvices are offered

the property is nice. the suite i rented was nice. as for facilities, the only facility i am aware of was an outdoor hottub, and it was closed for the two weeks i was there. oh ya, nice little sitting area outside as well, but looks like that is meant to serve dozens of suites. as for staff, well i met the guy at the front desk when i checked in,and saw some cleaning staff in the parkade two or three times, but in my 15 nights, no visit to my room to change linens or towels or take out garbage. so, nice place to stay, but only if you're self sufficient or simply need a night or two, it worked well for me as i was in the area to work, but calling it a Resort seems a bit of a stretch.

Our unit was definitely less than basic. There isn't enough pots and pans to even make a set, no spatula, coffee maker was broken, not enough pillows or blankets and not even a wash cloth for dishes. Totally fine if your not eating there at all but we brought a ton of food so we didn't have to go out and we couldn't even make a whole meal. Then got a parking ticket when our pass was visibly hung on our mirror. There was no one to even talk to about it BC reception was closed at check out. If they spent $100, they could actually give the unit basic amenities. If someone is paying $600 a night for this unit, they gonna be mad mad.

Pillows not good and our bed was not comfortable. Springs were sticking out on the side of it. Hot tub under repair? Condo was spacious and well appointed however hot tub is a must when skiing and not having a comfortable bed was a nonstarter for us.

This property is extremely pet friendly, which our dog LOVED! The suite was prefect for us, especially after a long day of adventures. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I plan on staying here again in the future.
