Breakfast could be upgraded slightly to include sausage links, cream cheese for toast, and tater tots. A cold selection of sliced ham and cheese would also make the breakfast that much better

We've stayed here a few times in the past. We love how close it is to the beach and to Coyote Cruises (float down the channel). Breakfast was ok. Room was nice and big. We had a room facing the pool on the main level which was really handy. Overall a great stay. Starbucks and Tim Hortons are walking distance.

David at the front desk was an exceptional host and very helpful - a great ambassador of the property The breakfast area was clean, tidy and the food very good as a complimentary feature. The outdoor pool was organized, towels available and plenty of chairs and well situated in the inner courtyard Complimentary news paper was also a nice touch

Bathroom was not cleaned. There was pubic hair all over the floor. The floor in the main room was dirty. The walls are so thin you could hear everything. And finally the air conditioner was not working properly. It was so loud we could not sleep at night.

Room 130 WiFi signal is very weak, and the signal will be good while walking close to front desk, microwave oven (at room) is not fully functional, and it will be shut down around 20s after start; asking staff if we can use the microwave oven in cafeteria, but staff said it is open for breakfast only. Outdoor is under cleaning till 12pm though it mentions the open hours should be opened at 9am.

The hotel was in a great location but there were no elevators to access the second floor and the beds were terrible. The floor to our room was also dirty and clearly had not been vacuumed before our arrival. The shower was nice and the room layout was great, but that doesn’t make up for terrible (very hard) mattresses.

The fire alarm went off in our room in the middle of the night. The staff working were unsure how to fix it and asked if my partner knew. The outdoor pool and space was beautiful and we used it a lot.

I absolutely loved the outdoor pool area, enjoyed the grassy area perfect for lounging. Made you feel like you weren’t in a busy area at all, fabulous! Room was clean, six felt a little tight, Murphy bed is built more for children I would not recommend for big adults. As for breakfast I like a little fresh fruit in the morning which I did miss, but I understand it’s hard to keep that on hand. But a quick trip to the store fixed it. Two waffle makers would remedy the lines in the morning. Kitchenette had the basics, one larger fridge would be nice for families. Two small fridges and a third that didn’t work well and was a little much. It would be good to get the side entry door lock fixed, having it blocked open made it feel unsecured. Location was perfect for us, lots in walking distance and the lazy river was close too! My family enjoyed the stay and will consider checking in again.

Early check, poolside rooms with a lawn area and breakfast included were major pros and I would come back again. Steps away from Tim Hortons, Starbucks and the beginning of the channel. Rooms are extremely spacious with a microwave and mini fridge. A few reasons that need improvement are: cleaning (there was hair in the shower, no cups for in suite coffee, had to go to the front desk to get some), bathroom is extremely tiny.

Tv didnt work so asked the guy at the front desk. He couldn't get it to work but was super nice. While checking out i mentioned that the TV didnt work and the lady at the front desk did not apologize- just seemed pissed off. The room was great other that. Seemed newly updated. The towels in the room were almost threadbare and the towels at the pool were even worse.
