Great place to stay if you attending Jets games. Can walk indoors and avoid the cold, great place to eat all around with minutes

We stayed there for a Jets game. Came from the airport by cab and then the hotel is very convenient to get to the Canada Life Center. We had room service for breakfast. Food was incredible and it was very convenient to have brought up to the room. Staff was very nice as well as helpful when we had questions.

Very clean and comfortable room. The hotel is connected to the Canada Life Centre via the Skywalk which is very convenient. I strongly recommend this hotel.

This place is in a good location. Nice that they have skywalks all the way around the downtown core to keep you out of the cold. This is a dated hotel, though that is slightly overcharging.

The hotel was lovely in every way. The staff was so accommodating, so informative and truly took care of our needs. Unfortunately I am upset with the parkade security. We paid $25 to park in the parkade which ended in our car getting broken into. Although the hotel isn’t liable for the stolen items I still wish there was more security put in place with the money I paid. However the hotel vacuumed out the glass of our vehicle and taped the window. They refunded our parking fee and moved our vehicle to vallet free of charge and were extremely apologetic. We were extremely happy with how they helped us out and are very grateful for being so accommodating.
