First of all, the view is amazing! Second, Hilton changed their policy on pets since the pandemic. I gonna say they are quite good on it now. They give a lot of information about helping you and your pets enjoy the staying at the hotel. Then, I have to mention that we originally booked “King Bed Premium with Sofa Bed and view of Niagara Falls & American Falls - Floor 30”, but we got there around 1pm., so they offered us a upgrade to the Presidential Suite - Floor 27, of course, it cost extra 400 dollars, and absolutely worth. Finally, I really appreciate all the staffs at the hotel, and I hope their website can update the pets policy so that more people who don’t call might have a wonderful experience here.

The view of the Falls was breath taking. Staff were friendly and considerate of our needs. I must admit the room price was a bit pricey for us, but, you only live once. If other family members visit from Germany we will once again utilize this hotel.

We were given a very warm welcome at check in, free drink vouchers and a room upgrade. View of the falls was amazing, included buffet breakfast was delicious and had hot and cold options. Everything was clean, could not fault the hotel and would happily stay again.

We have got perfect room. They upgraded our room and we got a perfect view of Niagara in our room. This hotel is very perfect if you want to see Niagara Falls from the room. But the information from the concierge are not really helpfull. The did not explain clearly about everything we asked. I guess maybe because they are so busy servicing lots of guests there
