Executive 1 BD in the heart of Entertainment District

It was a nice place to stay! Management made it easy!

The property was great. RIght in the middle of so many things, easy walk to downtown where my business meetings were. There were some issues with the key fob and getting access to the building. It still wasn't working for the amenities like the gym at the end. It seemed like there was an issue and they were trying to get it worked out. The guy that was helping me was very responsive and helpful, kept good communication, which is really important. It was such a nice building and the view was amazing! I loved that they had a TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime! I didn't even need to put in my own account. It was all set up and ready to go. I didn't use the laundry, but there was laundry detergent already there, which is really convenient. There was shampoo and soap in the shower, which I was wondering. Could have used a washcloth, but the towels were great and clean. The balcony is awesome with a great view. Made for a great stay. There is a grocery store just a short 3 min walk east. There are all the plates and pots and pans you would expect. I didn't do much cooking, but it was nice to know I could have if I wanted to. Great place to stay, I would recommend it! I would stay here again.

Would def stay again!! Clean pristine condo in a central location

It was an excellent experience. The condo was sparkling clean and spacious than I had expected. The host was very flexible with checkin time. Highly recommend and would stay here again

The place itself was OK, but after I got there, the person who was renting it jacked up the price by about a third. When I booked it through Hotel.com the total price was clearly stated: Your booking is confirmed. The property will charge you a total of $198.61 CAD. The person renting it insisted there was a "cleaning charge" of about 70 CAD. He said it was mentioned elsewhere on the website, but despite me asking him twice to show me where, and why I should have to pay more than what Hotels.com had confirmed it, he insisted on billing me for what I consider to be an overcharge. In addition, the check in process was very challenging. It is not a hotel at all, but a room in an apt building. The person I was dealing with wanted 45 min notification in order to meet me to let me in. That was inconvenient enough, but when I had texted him to meet me, he wasn't available for well over an hour. Nice place but poor service and deceptive billing practices. Very disappointing
