I left some meds in the fridge, they called me and brought them to me at the airport. Saved my vacation. Staff was great. I never got around to using the pool but it looked nice.

I enjoyed the close proximety to ammenities and shopping centers. There was an unforeseen pool repair that affected my daughter's schedule to swim, but overall this facility is great!

When we arrived the room was short of towels. A call to the front desk did correct the issue although took more time than I'd like.
There is a railroad track running between the building and the Walmart store behind it, and we were treated to a late night series of train whistles loud enough to jolt us awake.
The toilet is without a doubt the shortest unit I have ever seen!
They provide coffee for the room, although its one regular and one decaf coffee.
They provided a bottle water each at check in, which is nice.
The included breakfast was very well done.

The chlorine in the pool and hot tub was so strong we could hardly stay in the area never mind actually going into the water. I have never been anywhere where the chlorine was so strong.

Pool area and hot tub very small. No toiletries on bathroom counter except for bar soap, no ice bucket in room.
No lounge or restaurant onsite. Free breakfast had lots of variety.
Overall no major issues, but average stay.

Hotel is great. Nice rooms, super clean. But the Waterpark needs work; so much chlorine in the hot tub our eyes were burning and we were coughjng within 2 min of getting in. My son is still coughing the next day.

The clientele was terrible. Bare feet and wet bathing suits at breakfast. People touching the food and then putting it back. No one around to stop this. We reported it the front desk and was told that this hotel is used for reserve guests from up north and they live there. We will not stay again

The first room we were assigned stunck of animal urine, so the room we were moved to was okay, except there was someone with a dog staying across the hall, who was barking all night and kept my kids and I up most of the night

Dirty surfaces, and in the crevices in the tv stand. Toilet felt cheap. The design of the room was aweful. I was hoping for grey design hard wood with grey walls. I wiuld just stay at thr victoria inn
