Got welomed in with a smile , the young man greeted us, gave us a min to get settled with id and conformation email. He didnt rush us gave all the information needed, hot tub is amazing perfect temp but i like things hot the pool needs some love.over all amazing stay the rooms are good size 0ut of 10 i would say 8 out of 10

Arrived after the check in hours, staff made arrangements so I could still get my room key. service was great, room was also great.

Wifi worked poorly at best. There was a # to call and nobody answered it. The micro wave didn’t work and blew out the power. An older motel renovated well, but it’s age shows

The rooms are much nicer than I expected. They were cozy, warm and clean.

It is what is it is. You are in Trail…..You are not at the Hilton. It’s a clean motel with great service. They treated our hockey team great and had a fast check in for all of us. My room did smell like someone had smoked in it. I did not complain as I was only there for 10 hours. If you need a clean bed to sleep in, I would recommend it.

Don’t let the outside fool you! Looks like rooms have been recently (in the last couple of years) renovated. Very clean and the beds are comfortable. Newer tv’s with excellent quality picture. There are two pools and one spa on property. One indoor pool that is open year-round, the other is outdoor and only open in the summer. We’ve stayed here often over the course of about 25 years. We are generally hotel people, not motel. But we love this place! And the price is very reasonable.

I like the privacy of the rooms and the parking. I did not plan to rent a car, but when I had to pay my first cab fare, I changed my mind. Staff accomidated me with this.

Quite nice for a motel. Could tell the room had been renovated in the last few years. A bit of noise from the highway, but nothing crazy. A little bit of confusion between the desk staff as far as when the pool and fitness room were available. We'd stay there again when back in the area if need be.

Our stay was pleasant, but noise from rooms and outdoors hallway is significant.

Hotel was nice and the staff was also nice. Area around hotel is not so clean, and the front desk closing at 10 is inconvient if traveling later in day.

Quiet and clean

Always my go to hotel whenever we’re in town. Staff is great and makes you feel comfortable. Pool is great! Rooms are big and spacious.

Amazing

Although the property was NOT cat-friendly, the man at the desk understood our plight transporting our furry friend from my husband's late sister's home in Alberta and gave us an exception, albeit reluctantly... suggesting he knew what "cat pee" smelled like and asked if we had a litter box. Of course we did, and wouldn't just let it damage anything. I felt very humiliated by this experience, like I had done something wrong. What am I supposed to do? sleep in my car? Unfortunately, Expedia DOES NOT clearly indicate what type of "pet-friendy" they mean, and it should be more clear on the app if cats are included when it states it is "pet-friendly". Especially if a booking is non-refundable. In my opinion, there should be a distinction between the two as it does matter to people and this can create an extremely awkward and also interrogative situation that i really did not wish to be in. I felt embarrassed expressing we had a cat, not a dog, and finding out that cats are NOT welcome. I understand that cats are not as common to transport, but unfortunately keeping a cat in a carrier for long periods is very cruel and we had to find a pet-friendly place to stay, not knowing that pet-friendly is just "dog" friendly. Awful experience, but I understand he was just doing his job. Still, humiliating and frustrating.
