No one was answering the phone nor their buzzer at the lobby. Security had to let us in and even so, we stayed downstairs for 30 minutes trying to contact the number provided on the email but no one answered. Security had to accompany us to the apartment. Not a good experience after a long day.

Comfortable bed, nice view of the city. The front doorman was helpful in dealing with the terrible entry screen, he escorted us to the room. The suite was unlocked with a Key and fob on the table.
Once in, the place has a decent layout. The back bedroom is open to the kitchen and must be passed through to access the bathroom, not ideal but not terrible. The main kitchen wall could use a complete repaint, you could see every repair and tell how tall the cleaner was based on the lower portion of the wall only being wiped.
The entry door to the suite appears to have been kicked in at some point, with the repair being poorly done.
Appliances were new however we were only staying the night so nothing was really used. We parked across the street in the Impark lot, a bit pricy but typical for downtown Calgary.
The tenants we talked with were very friendly and the location was great for the function we were attending.
There was a key to lock the suite and a fob for access to the building, both worked fine. Upon departing the key/fob were put back in the bowl on the table but there was no way of locking the door, I found that uncomfortable knowing anyone could have access once we departed. That should be corrected. I videoed the place on exit, hopefully it won’t be needed.

My experience with this booking was extremely disappointing. From the time I booked through Expedia to my arrival at the property, I encountered significant issues.
Before arriving, I attempted to contact the property using the phone numbers provided, but I was unable to reach anyone. When I sought assistance from Expedia, I did not receive meaningful support. As a result, I was left waiting outside the property for an extended period in an area where I did not feel safe. During that time, I experienced a threatening encounter, which was very distressing.
Despite explaining the situation and providing supporting documentation to Expedia afterward, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or resolved appropriately. I was charged for the reservation even though I was unable to access or stay at the property.
The experience had a significant impact on my well-being and caused substantial disruption to my life. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend booking this property or relying on the support I received in this situation.

A deeply dishonest company. Avoid staying at GLOBALSTAY at all costs. They will steal your deposit with a smile. If you need to make changes to your dates say bye bye to your funds! I wish I could give them ZERO STARS.
