We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in a double room with our 2 young children. Really comfortable. Great to have a microwave and a fridge. The bathroom was really lovely. The breakfast in the morning was lovely. The staff filling and keeping up with everything we wonderful. And so kind when I asked for an extra vanilla yogurt for our little guy. I’ve left the pool until last because it’s incredible! So clean. The water is a beautiful warm temperature. It’s just a straightforward pool, no slides or anything but we had so much fun as a family both on arrival and before checkout. We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend for families.

Staff was great! Clean hotel with great amenities! The only negative was the mattress needs to be changed. Bed was not comfortable. It was ok for one night. Happy we were not staying longer for this reason only.

Great stop over with great amenities that Hampton Inns are known for.

Requested adjoining rooms since we had children a month ago but we did not get it. We checked in early enough to get one. There was no reason why they could not have given them to us. Fourth floor reaked of animals. Rugs are filthy. 4 people in room - only 3 towels. Only 2 facecloths. Building only 9 years old and looked much older. Very very disappointed!

Great breakfast staff.

I don't want to blame the staff because it might've been a short staff issue, but check-in is at 3 PM. I arrived at 4:15 PM, and was told in my room hadn't been cleaned yet. I was a little frustrated and was deciding what to do, and then suddenly I was told that my room was ready. Interesting. So I get up there, there's one pillow on each bed with a pillowcase on each, and then the rest of the pillows are just piled on the desk. So we turn on the air and get ready for the show that night. We come back to the room, it's time to go to sleep, and every time the air kicks on and makes a loud bang. This means that having a steady sleep was impossible. I woke up like every 30 minutes the entire night because of this. I do not blame the staff, the air conditioning system is not their fault or responsibility. I think they may have been understaffed for how busy they were that weekend, and that's on management. Because of check-in is at 3 PM, which is late as hell by the way, and I show up an hour and 15 minutes later and it still isn't ready? Really think about this. That's not what I paid for. The staff were friendly, so you have that going for you. But other than that, that stay was absolutely terrible.

Very quick stay but room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was good and area very clean and stocked well

Well it was a rough night. This was not the fault of the hotel. They did try this was the fault of the parents. They had a hockey tournament in town. I believe all the teams stayed at the hotel. Well there kids were wild. They were running in the halls until 2am playing in the elevator pushing other kids in the luggage carts. All I can say I will ask next time if they have any tournament in town. But the hotel made things right for me and my family.

Pool was cold and not very clean

Staff was amazing very accomidating and friendly . Everything was clean. The only downfall was the bathroom doors were barn door style and they didnt lock or close all the way. Other than that the trip was perfect

Conveniently located near Truro. Easy to find. Friendly service - easy check-in and check-out.
