Very nice hotel, very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Pool is nice and warm. Rooms are big (at least the room we stayed in). They have strawberry flavoured waffles. :D

The only issue was the renovations underway.Could not use the fitness center.Some issues with the hot tub.But will be going back tgere for another stay

Although the first level was under construction, our room was very modern and very clean. The breakfast was the best we’ve ever experienced. The location of the property was very convenient to the 401 and to all necessary stores/ restaurants. We were very well pleased with our stay.

Our room looks and smell clean. Beds are comfortable and have good numbers of pillows for my family of 4.
The handwritten welcome note added some personalization to it.
Our room was close to the elevator.
Just maybe a table and extra chair if you ended up eating in.

What is a really nice clean room , request a baby crib multiple times on site and in person, and finally had to go down to front desk and set one up ourselves

Newly renovated. All hard surfaces and echoed. Not a desirable or comfortable room. Too modern. Very clean. Nice bathroom. The breakfast was very good.

Something was wrong with the pool and hot tub. It looks weeks for our hair to go back to normal! We booked a room that said it accomodates 5 people, which usually means a sleeper sofa. When we got there they told us it was a mistake on the website, but wouldn't do anything to right the situation and didn't offer any type of compensation. We had to cram a cot into the room for our entire stay.

Great location convenient to highway, restaurants, shopping and only about 5 minutes from downtown. Renovations going on so only gave 4 stars for facilities, but did not affect our stay. Pool and hot tub look nice. Breakfast was great as well. Would definitely stay again if in the area

Loved our stay. The rooms are very nice. The pool was great, the hot tub was nice and hot - but there was so much chlorine, our eyes were burning and it discoloured my new bathing suit. Breakfast was nice, lots of options. I’d stay again. Just chill out on the chlorine a bit.

The front staff were amazing and super polite. Breakfast options was my only negative thing about this hotel. Other than that the rooms were very nice and the hotel was very clean.
