Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre and Spa

The bathroom did not have a shower curtain.. when I showered, the water went all over. I had to use all the towels on the ground so I wouldn’t slip. The toilet should be an ADA one.. this was too low for me. They were going to charge me $20 for a buffet breakfast and $5 for a teabag. This is outrageous. The people at the desk were very polite and professional. As was maintenance . It It would be nice to get a part of what I paid back for the inconvenience for a whole week. It was really noisy over the weekends with kids running around and talking loud. It was really hard to go to sleep. It finally got quiet around midnight… I didn’t get enough sleep because I usually wake up around 5:30-6:00a. This is not enough sleep for a senior. The hotel was overbooked with too many large (e.g. 600 attendees at one dinner) events, hockey teams, other sport teams. No parking spaces for hours.

Not helpful. Gross bathtub full of hair.

Great location and staff were very helpful. Room was very spacious only complaint would be the booking for pool access. Staff provided misleading information but overall good experience.

I booked a corner suit but was down graded to a double bed (without telling me it's a downgrade) due to light switch problem. The hotel did not refund me the difference and has not responded to my complaint

My room was under another undergoing construction and this was VERY NOISY. It was impossible to sleep until the end of the workday. DISAPPOINTED
