Check in staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Walls seem a bit thin as we could hear a dog whining in another suite. Location is perfect to head up the mountain in the morning and then enjoy the village in the evening. Overall, impressed with the hotel experience and would stay there again. The coffee bar downstairs was also a nice amenity although we didn’t end up using it. Nice to have that option though. Pool and restaurant/bar looked nice too but we didn’t have time to check them out this trip.

Public toilets very dirty. No Tesla charges despite being told they were by reception. Requested small amount of milk for a cup of tea but not allowed unless we used room service at a charge of $11. Beds were comfortable, staff were nice, but just not that helpful
