I had a great stay and all of the staff, from check in to check out was very friendly. Also, i really enjoyed having a full breakfast! Awesome!

Had laundry service in house. Near airport. Pleasant staff

Well located near the SkyTrain, lots of food options near by. Easy to walk to Granville Island and the waterfront.Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was comfortable and clean. Great view from our window.

Rooms could use upgrading.

Weve stayed here before, we love the facility and the convenience of the area but man the homeless in downtown Van are sure everywhere. Walking to dinner you definitely make sure to be home before dark....

I am frustrated that despite arranging for a late check out, both the front desk phoned me, as well as the room cleaner simultaneously knocking on the door at 1109 demanding I leave. The front desk insisted my request was not entered.

Older property but helpful staff

The main entry and restaurant were welcoming. I stayed on the 15th floor and it didn’t smell very fresh. The carpets felt icky. I was grateful for the slippers provided.

I was pleasantly surprised about the quality of the room.

Close to the hospital and clinics

paying for parking when you are paying to stay at the hotel is not great and the checkin girl tried to charge me again stating my visa didnt work when it did. Breakfast was great and the breakfast service was fantastic

We checked in around 10:30 PM and hoped for a good rest. Everyone else but me fell asleep. The neighbor next door was moaning, screaming and talking very loudly until 1:30 AM, when I finally went to the reception to let them know. I couldn’t call from the room because I would have risked to wake up my folks, who were not bothered by the noise and fell asleep. The receptionist verified the situation and moved the guest to another room. At 2 AM the manager called me to tell me that the guest was only loud every few minutes. I was shocked! My husband woke scared by the very loud phone ringing and there went my sleep…. I checked out in the morning and did not stay the second night I was supposed to. Expedia refunded the second night I did not stay, but sincerely, nothing was done for the first night ruined. I paid the rate of a 4 stars hotel to get a 1 star experience.
