Very good hotel! We had an excellent experience during our stay. ☆● The hotel is conveniently located at the entrance to the city of Lévis, making it very easy to access. ☆● The pool was very clean and 5 feet deep, making it ideal for families. ☆● The kitchen was very well equipped and had everything we needed. ☆● We also appreciated the upgraded amenities, including a Smart TV, hair dryer, iron, and elevator. ☆● Affordable and quiet place We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

property is good for a travel overnight stay, it’s tired and needs updating. Same decor from the 80’s, has an odor in room and halls and I suspect it’s just old and needs refreshing. Breakfast needs to be looked at too, very limited selection and could do with a more food choices, only eggs, beans and sausage for hot meal and limited quantity. Sorry to say for the price point you can do much better at another hotel.

Stayed here 2 times before but was about a year ago. Quality of everything has sunk.. room was not clean. Stain on sheet, caps broken off the toilet seat bolts that hold it on so all the grim and p*** was visible and toilet seat was peeling.. ac would not drop them room below 72 running on high all night. Breakfast usto be great but has gone done hill. The charging sockets still dont work in the rooms as someone else mentioned and probably never will. Overall the place has slipped significantly in the last year and will not be our go to stop anymore.

We stayed 5 nights (two rooms) with family and had a great stay. Pool area is a plus. Hot tub was huge. Only negatives - small children in the hot tub (despite posting saying over 6 and sauna wasn't hot at all). Front desk staff were amazing no matter the time of day. Stopped to say shower pressure and head weren't working and came back from sight seeing to find it all replaced. That' s how you treat a guest. Lots of good eateries in the area and convenient to all highways and ferry. Breakfast was good but I wish they had pastries more than just Sunday.

The room was clean, large and comfortable. The pool area was very nice. The breakfast was good. At 9:31am (breakfast ends at 9:30) but there were still families finishing up the staff turned off the lights in the dining area! Made us laugh but another family didn’t find it funny. Would definitely return if we ever visited the area again.

We stayed one night, loved the swimming pool, the jacuzzi and tge best of all was the bed. It was so comfortable and clean . Thank you staff for the great team work to make our stay so welcoming and restful. I would recommend opening the breakfast at 6am and not 6:30am. Having 9 hours of driving ahead of us and as I saw many more customers . We were not able to have breakfast because we left earlier. Thank you.
