Very beautifully appointed and decorated. Great location. Pillows and blankets could have been better. Parking not received on first night stay, but they gave us a breakfast voucher to make up for it.

Small hotel with a lovely room filled with French antiques. The location was great, easy walking distance to all of Old Quebec. They have limited parking so make sure to confirm that if you need it. We had to park in a nearby garage.

Beautiful Victorian archecture and vibes, wonderful recently renovated rooms with great facilities. Contactless check in makes it quick and easy to get your room and the street outside is lined with options for breakfast, coffee, lunch and dinner, with a list of nearby bars provided in the room.
10/10 would come again!!!

The hotel is located right in the heart of Old Quebec - which is exactly where we wanted to be. Within walking distance of excellent restaurants, delightful sight-seeing opportunities, and shopping. The only drawback was the parking situation. We knew that parking was limited, but the directions to find the parking lot didn’t factor in one-way streets, road closures, or detours. And… when we left the hotel this morning and pulled out into the road, we discovered that we had a flat tire (which, thanks to roadside assistance, we were able to remedy in a timely fashion). Although mildly inconvenient, it did not detract from our over all experience.

Beautiful 19th century hotel in the heart of Old Town Quebec - minutes walk to all the sites. Felt like staying in an old mansion. Staff are lovely - always available by text and very responsive and helpful. Rooms are large and gorgeous and bathrooms are very modern with all amenties. If you have mobility issues you might find it hard to get up the stairs with a large suitcase but if no issues then no worries. Great place to stay for couples and would reccommend.

Nous n’avons pas apprécié le service impersonnel de la place . Les personnes du ménage sont adorables mais le personnel de la réception téléphonique n’a aucune sympathie à nos demandes . La gestion « d’entreprise » de cet hôtel est vraiment désagréable ..
De plus , beaucoup de choses sont un peu « caduque » il serait grand temps de s’assurer que le matériel soit remis à niveau

Everything was pretty near perfect! Charming historical building and surrounding. The one thing that may need improvement is the mattress. I found it was not firm enough for my back. Still i would definitely recommend this spot.

The place was beautiful and perfect location for exploring Old Quebec. My only complaint is that I always book a room with a tub which this had but without a plug for the drain. I called and they said to send pictures. I emailed, that didn’t work, texted, no response, left messages, nothing. So that was disappointing because I would have booked a different room/place for a functioning tub.
