We often go to this hotel because it is convenient, comfortable and clean. It is a 3 stars hotel and worth no more than this: Scratched walls, burned light bulb, leaking shower, tv in poor condition. No room cleaning for a two day stay. Yet, it is still convenient, comfortable and clean for us.

AVOID DUE TO BED BUGS & ARGUMENTATIVE STAFF! Iwould not return here. There were BED BUGS which bit my wife all over. When I called the front desk they immediately argued telling me that it’s impossible for there to be any bed bugs. I was told to email the owner the details, which I did. Instead of sending me any response, they closed the complaint through Expedia. Absolutely terrible experience, I would not trust them again with a stay.

The hotel is very accessible and near downtown. So walking distance from restaurants and shops. The hotel needs refreshing and updating though. The room was clean but quite outdated. Some cabinets were broken. I found the bed comfortable and appreciated having different size pillow. I recommend it for short stays for to the proximity to attractions.

I had booked two rooms. One of the two rooms wasn’t cleaned when we had checked in and received the key. The bed had been slept in and not made, garbage in the garbage cans, empty tissue boxes in bathroom, dirty dishes in the sink. The room was changed and new room key delivered in approximately 15min. The second room had clumps of hair in the corner behind the door. Other than that was relatively clean.

Only good point, was very friendly staff and hotel was well located. Bad points…smell on main entrance was very bad. Bed was not very comfortable…bathroom tub was dirty…bathroom sink would not drain until you lifted plug manually…fridge was not cold…called hotel after I made my reservation with Expedia, to advise them I had a small dog and they charged me $50 plus tax yet when I arrived, they told me they didn’t know I had a dog and therefore put me on the 3rd floor instead of first. Plus they charged me $200 (refundable when departing) in case my dog peed on the carpet. Was not allowed to put dog on bed. Hotel said they have advised Expedia on many occasions that they are no longer pet friendly. I won’t stay there again
