The staff was very friendly and helpful The rooms were clean and comfortable Pool was clean and very fun for kids They make a great Manhattan Breakfast was average butt he lady who overlooked the area was very prompt and helpful and brought me a tray to take breakfast upstairs to my fighter after overhearing my conversation with my husband. Bonus: very quiet at night

The hotel is on a busy road. We could hear the trucks drive by all night. They clean the rooms every other day. We stayed 4 nights. That is only 1 cleaning in our 4 nights. We ran out of clean glasses and towels. I heard a gentleman have to ask the front desk for more toilet paper. Awful service.

We had a lovely stay. Amenities were good, kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok, however I do feel other hotels have more verity of options. I would definite book this hotel again.

The staff were exceptional. We were in town for a funeral and they were able to accommodate a very early check in for our family and pets. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Ground floor lounge is a good place to hang out and have local beer on draught.

Extremely clean room. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, striking conversations, engaging the customer into having an amazing experience. Hotel breakfast was also very good, I loved the sausages. Very new and beautiful property, loved the spacious room. Side note, if you are staying near highway, it may be a tad bit noisy so be prepared or plan accordingly. Overall a positive experience for my sons OFSAA competitions in Windsor!
