They market themselves as a hotel, but it’s an old home where the front door is not locked. They probably do not have a hotel license. The doorbell does not work. It is overpriced compared to real hotels. Does not feel safe. There is no space on the driveway and the snow is not shoveled. They asked me to pick the key of the room before I was in town. They don’t refund when client wants to modify there stay.

It is important to know that this place is more like an Airbnb instead of a hotel. It seemed to be advertised as a hotel so we were a little surprised when we were staying in a room inside a house instead of a regular hotel. Advice for improvement would be to make the room a little warmer. It felt like the air conditioning was on consistently in our room and when walked into the hallway it was 20 degrees warmer. Please provide a garbage can in the room for guests to use. The only one was in the shared bathroom. Also to fix the leak in the sink in our room. It would not have been that bad to clean if towels were provided to us. If you don’t feel like offering amenities to guests, it would be good to advertise that so guests can bring their own. Our biggest complaint was that the shared bathroom was not up to standards: tiles falling off the wall, and generally not very clean. We also didn’t know if the shampoo was for everyone to use or it was someone’s personal amenities. We were only there for one night. It was nice, private, and a pretty large room for only $60.00 if you don’t mind things being a little out of the ordinary for one night or two this is definitely worth the price. We never felt insecure.
