Douche mal propre. Beaucoup de moisissures. Verres sales dans la chambre. Pas de planche à repasser de disponible. Cet hôtel manque beaucoup d’entretien. O

La cache a maxime was an exceptional experience. Amazing staff nice and helpful environment the swimming pools are amazing the rooms spacious and clean. I went with my son and we both liked everything No one single comment. All the best.

Le fauteuil vert devant la porte patio était plein de cheveux différents et de saleté, pas question que l’on s’assoit dessus! On a fait le commentaire par 2 fois à la réception , il a été changé ( ou rapidement nettoyé et retourné car encore plein de cheveux ) Si belle vue extérieure à admirer

Très beau site, j’ai apprécié mon séjour par contre nous voulions aller à la piscine vers les 19h et le staff n’avait pas en main les clés, ça été une perte de temps sans compter qu’ils nous ont fait attendre sans jamais venir nous dire que nous allions pas y avoir accès, manque de professionnalisme. Deuxième chose, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas.

Although it’s a nice property there were a few flaws: our shower was broken so we had to move after unloading all our things, the room wasn’t cleaned although we were assured it would be and 2 of the public restrooms were out of toilet paper.

Very spacious rooms in a fairly modern hotel with nice views towards a vineyard. Nice amenities on the premises. However, the restaurant comes short in both atmosphere and food quality. With no other choice on site, this was a bit dissapointing.

Our stay was amazing the only thing I found not so good is that we were a family of 6 so therefore brought our own food and did a little bit of grocery shopping but found that there was just not enough cupboard space to put our food that did require to go in freezer or refridgerator. Other than that would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy vacation place lots around to do with children in the surrounding area

Cache a Maxime seems to have recently undergone a rebrand and is much more casual than before. We have made an annual trip since 2016 and I’m sad to say this year was the first year that it did feel worth the expense to us. The restaurant, while still very tasty and accommodating of allergies, is more expensive for less unique food. It used to have a true French vibe, luxurious and decadent with local farm to table cuisine. We miss Le Greg and Le Charlie (now combined to “Resto Bar”). Staff is less bilingual than before (all of the staff we usually recognize year to year have moved on it seems) but still very friendly, however there are no English menus available either online or in person at the restaurant and there are only 2-3 English channels on the cable tv (both NBC and CBS were no longer on offer as in previous years). Check in is a bit late (4pm) and less flexible than other hotels. We had brought dinner clothes but could’ve worn t-shirts (to give you an idea as to the change in nature of the restaurant). Our room was clean, the bed was not super comfortable but fine if you don’t mind a soft mattress. Overall it was a perfectly pleasant hotel, but the price tag just didn’t add up for us. All of the little things (service, environment, restaurant, etc.) that made Cache a Maxime an annual stay for us are no longer there under the new “La Cache” branding -even the logo is now a cartoony wine barrel instead of the luxe font. A nice stay but not as special as it used to be
