Unsafe and Unacceptable Experience Upon checking in, I felt as if I had stepped into a horror movie. The room was filthy, the shared bathroom was in disarray, and the overwhelming stench of sewage made me feel utterly unsafe and unprotected. The odor was intolerable, leaving me no choice but to leave immediately and find accommodations elsewhere. This hotel is grossly overpriced given the deplorable conditions. I strongly believe this hotel should be removed from Expedia’s listings, as it is not suitable to recommend to any traveler.

Don't let the images fool you. This is a last resort- type of hotel. My door barely felt locked, there were bugs in my room, barely any shower pressure at all. Just not a good place to stay in general.

In room 202 the bed was very comfortable (2 queen beds) and the room was spacious. The room was clean. Outside the apartment was not the best area. Across the street is an alley filled with drug users. A dozen motorcycles (harley types) are parked across from the hotel. They come and go all night and create a lot of noise. The police station must be nearby. Heard sirens throughtout the night.

Staff were friendly and informative. The interior design, the high ceiling and the lighting are great. The hotel itself is clean but in my room, it was weird that the sink was beside the bed and the air conditioner was intermittently turning on and off. Also, I could hear some people from the street yelling. Good thing, I was tired and still able to sleep. I also like the free coffee.

When did reservation was not clear or easy to see it was shared bathroom. Room was on last floor, no elevator, not AC or ventilation. Tiny window. AC in the room was not connected to tiny window so produced heavy heat. I had to turn it off and thought it was suffocating. The staff was super helpful and friendly but they did not change room. Apparently other rooms might be better but do not rent the cheapest. They are a rooftop - not good for anyone

Pros: Cheap Cons: Very unclean No security No maual lock on the door Curtains don't close properly In a bad part of town (the convenience store across the street got robbed on the only night we stayed) Bugs all over the ceilings Paper thin walls Mainly used for hook-ups and prostitution Bathroom smelt like a port-a-potty The AC didnt work How to fix the problem: Take this hotel off from from expedia so travellers dont get caught it the mix Market the hotel as a "love hotel" rather than a peaceful resort in order to cater to the demographic of people it's used by.

Had 2 great receptionists, then one not so good one. I asked him to call me a cab, said sure. Wait 10 minutes in the lobby and ask the estimated arrival time for the cab, he admitted never called it, which annoyed me a bit. Room was clean but found a centipede crawl out of a crack in the wall in the bathroom. Overall, for a budget stay, it did the job. Tiny room but expected that from the pictures. Being just a block from the metro, the location is wonderful. If needed a budget stay, I'd book here again.

Due to a booking mistake, I ended up staying in a room with a shared bathroom. The room itself was clean, but it was quite small, and the window-style air conditioner was installed right next to the bed, which made it very noisy and difficult to sleep. It was also directed toward the wall near the sink, so the room didn’t get cool at all. Because of the heat and noise, I couldn’t sleep until around 4 a.m. Even though the window couldn’t be opened, there were still a few bugs in the room. However, the staff was kind and helpful—they provided me with something to catch the bugs, although it wasn’t a spray. I was quite concerned about using a shared bathroom, but thankfully it was always very clean. The staff was very friendly, and the location was excellent. Despite that, the noise and heat made my stay quite difficult.
