Not at all pleased with our recent stay here. When we arrived, it was unclear where the valet parking was. After we checked out, I noticed they scratched my bumper. We were woken up by housekeeping knocking our door at 8 AM. The bathroom was decently sized but there were no hooks for towels. The tub and sinks took forever to drain. Pillows and the bed were not at all comfortable. Would not recommend.

1. The AC/air circulation was extremely noisy. The matress was old and not firm at all.
2. I was not able to get a wake-up call - so missed my flight.
3. Greetings at front desk was very cold and only focused on the rules and no attention to how this might affect me (early arrival requested). And there was no on site coffee shop so I could sit and relax from travel while waiting 4 1/2 hours for my room. When I called to check whether the room was ready, the front desk attendant dropped my call, and I could hardly hear her when i called again.
I also want to say that I am a pretty flexible traveller, and that this is the first time ever that I've needed to express my concerns.

We asked for soap several times and were told yes but they don’t offer it? So we went and bought some! The empty restaurant for lease for 2 years gives a negative impression. The breakfast was better than expected and the staff were friendly and efficient there. Great location.

Pros: Relatively quiet on the 16th floor. Allowed for early check in.
Cons: There was no handsoap in the washroom upon arrival to the room. Hair was found in the tub, prior to use. There is a spelling error on the caution note left for guests warning of a charge to the room for any water damage caused by overfilling the soaker tub.

I went to take a shower and I opened the shower door to see that it had lots of black hair - so it had not been cleaned. I went to the front desk and they provided a new room. However the new room had the same situation in the shower. There were black hairs in the shower so I had to run the shower and clean it. I didn’t complain the second time as it was late and I just wanted a shower. Also, I my husband was working in the room (room 1104) and one of the cleaning staff was outside the room, on their phone for over an hour. They weren’t doing anything but talking on the phone very loud, disturbing the guests. Thank you
