Overall we had a great time at this hotel. We loved all the activities they have for kids. It would be nice for them to offer an all inclusive package that included meals. My biggest complaints are that they have showers instead of offering a tub/shower; Their tiles were slippery when wet and with young kids that isn't ideal. Additionally, the showers were on the smaller side and the faucet was in a strange place, I felt like I had to lean against the glass to get under the water. Lastly, There were only 2 elevators for a quite large hotel and the elevator doors closed too quickly, not allowing people sufficient time to get on and off.

This is the most amazing hotel we have ever been to! Completely tailored to kids and parents. Perfect for family getaways. Even got a discount towards tickets to the Quebec aquarium. There were tons of free activities for kids with some that varied each day. It felt like we were at a resort. Even had a bunch of large bouncy castles outside. Food was great and reasonably priced too. Definitely a must and we definitely plan on going back regularly. Love love love ❤️ Oh, and our 2 1/2 year old daughter absolutely loved it too haha! We stayed 2 nights and we wanted to book an extra night but it was all booked.

Très beau séjour avec mon garçon de 4 ans qui a adorée I’hotel car beaucoup d’activité. Staff très gentil. Beaucoup de chose à faire. Seul point négatif : le checkin est à 17:00 que je trouve tard et pas très d’adon avec des jeunes enfants

Great if you have little kids. Activities were good and could keep everyone busy. Half the arcade games were out of order though , and the pool is very crowded. Fun atmosphere
