They didn’t proceed a refund even though we didn’t make it due to accident

The rooms were too hot! Had to leave the window open all the time. Pool, hot-tub & cafe were good.

Well Expedia quoted me $130 a night and it ended up being $211 a night so I am sick of all the hidden fees associated with going to any resort/ hotel. Same thing happened in Vegas. So I would suggest you warn people about it.

Stayed for a weekend of skiing. Room was spacious and clean!

Staff are friendly, rooms are always clean. Have stayed several times and will stay again.

Use Expedia, don’t call the phone number online for the hotels…we booked this room when there was “No Vacancies”…go online, do the foot work yourself! Plus…it was cheaper on here than what the agent told us Food for thought

Room was hot. Couldn’t cool it down Kids ski trip unbearably loud. Couldn’t sleep and hotel did not control. No discount when I ask. I will never come back

We quickly checked in and were given access to the room. Room appeared clean at first sight. Later upon plugging in our phones we realized that there was an empty pringles can under the bed. We had a terrible time trying to sleep as the heat would keep on coming on no matter what we did. Its oviously a building wide issue as ALL suites had their windows open all night. Would never stay here ever again.

The pool could have been cleaner.

Definitely a low budget hotel. Windows are single pane, so we had ice buildup on the inside cause it was -25. Could clearly hear conversations out on the sidewalk in front and from above us. Great lobby coffee shop and a great restaurant a half block away (Whiskey Jack)

Staff was very nice. Kind of on the edge of Jasper which is nice. Rooms were very clean and all dog friendly which was perfect. They were okay with us leaving our quiet and well behaved dog in the room while we went out for dinner, just have to let front desk know.

Overall the stay was ok, what stood out was the friendliness of the staff. Our first night we wanted to put a movie on for the kids (we got the suite so we could have 2 tvs) but the big tv was not working and there were no movie options. Our room was way too warm, we had the windows open in January, and being on the main floor there was tons of street noise, none of us got a good sleep. we had somebody in to check the tv and the thermostat and they were unable to be fixed, our phone was broken too. We had a kitchenette but there was no way I was running a stove or oven in that room. There was only the outside hot tub which was very nice but packed, and hard for parents to supervise their kids in the pool, they had an indoor hot tub but it was closed. the first night we stayed somebody else was able to access our room because they gave them the wrong room. Also parking is extremely limited, and you will likely need to park on the street if you can find a spot there. Overall I’d stay there again simply because of how great the staff was.
