Great stay. Comfy bed. Safety from the storm.

no room to hang anything up....end of december and could not find a place to hang coats

I needed a quick place to sleep for one night. It was clean, well maintained and staff was courteous. Just what I needed.

The room was disgusting. Stains all over the bedding, there was also no comforter only gross sheets, this is the room I booked, however the owner tried to give me a less expensive room when I arrived even though I had prepaid. Horrible place, I did not stay we got a room at the comfort inn and had an amazing night there instead

The filters in the hester/air conditioner filters are filthy. Image breathing the air that has been pulled through all that dust and dirt.

The location and the office staff were great. Sadly, that is all that I can say positively about our experience here. I hope that the other rooms are in better condition than room 12 that we were assigned. Upon entering the room I realized that the carpet was sticky and badly stained although well vacuumed. The bathroom had not been cleaned as there were dried urine stains around the toilet seat and on the floor. Muddy / grimey handprints were on the shower curtain and in many places on the walls. There was a 1" gap at the floor of the entry door where the weather stripping has been torn away allowing weather and insects to come and go freely. The bed sheets although seemingly freshly washed were badly stained. I was extremely uncomfortable staying in this room and found the heavily used deodorizing spray made me feel unwell. I do not recommend this motel to families or for extended stays.

Room really needs a good deep cleaning. Other than that, great value.

Nice area off the highway, restaurants/fastfood near by. Place was clean staff was nice really enjoyed our stay

We stayed a second day because someone wasn’t well and we pay cash second day ..staff keep 50 cash after we pay for second day … n told us in case of cleaning??? And they already got my visa so why ? Last time here ! Hard to get staff out office as well !! To want your money and you do do the booking they are barely on site to help customers

Quick jog off the highway great location Bathroom bedroom, clean lamps and fixtures very dusty

The only qualm I have with this property was the bathroom. Keep in mind that I am a senior in my late sixties. The lip of the bathtub is quite high. Also, the shower/tub has no stability bars. I had to be very careful when I stepped into the tub and did not feel safe. Other than that, the property met expectations for the price.

Bed was very comfortable. Needed a closet or a place to hang clothes Everything else was very good. And good price.

Good location for access to food and to the town of Napanee, just off the 401.
