Love this place - check in took 2 seconds compared to 1/2 hr. at other hotels. Straight to my room and everything was clean, comfy, good wifi and tv. No coffee maker but a microwave and pop machine with snacks. Yes hallway carpets stained but not a Plus pets are FREE. Thank you for the no frills no b.s. check in. I'll be back!

Unclean facility. We had to ask for towels, soaps, shampoo etc., as it was not there in the room. There were bugs in the bathroom. Reception staff was very unprofessional. When we wanted to check out in the morning, the guy at the reception was sleeping and refused to wake up, refused to give us the invoices.

Booked 2 rooms. One room had a strong smell,closet glass doors on both rooms were cracked,tub had rust stain and molds, exit stairwell door slams hard to close and terribly disturbing, no swing bar lock on 1 room and the 2nd room has partial part of it, male reception staff has terrible customer service. A place definitely Travellers should avoid!

Stained carpets, very uncomfortable beds, shower taps don’t work, fridge doesn’t work properly, poor patching of holes in the walls. Overall in very run down condition. It needs some serious renovation. Definitely not recommended.

See my above comments. The clerk had a 15 minute sign up at 3:00 am. Locked out of the room. Clerk showed up at 7:00, or just before. Four hours of 15 minutes. Bathroom had no hot water. Grounds are dirty with leaves and cigarette butts, overgrown bushes. It was bad. They charge 200 a night.

Property is not taken care of, cig butts all over the place, unkept etc.. hot water in shower did not work needed assistance. Locked out of room at night, no staff on shift. Sign saying back in 15 minutes on the counter- 1 hour later still waiting. No way to contact staff, concerned should there be emergency. This at a 200 dollar a night hotel. Don’t waste money, staff thinks they are running a good hotel. The property is not kept up, staff hides on night shift.

There was mold around the tub the room was in bad need of a paint job there was stains on the wall in the bathroom the only thing that I liked was that they made the bed for us they also took a 200 dollars for damage deposit and said that I would get it back when we left but I still haven't got it back i know how things work at a motel im the maintenance manager at a very well liked resort ill never stay there again and I fo to Vancouver a lot

Hotel was very worn down and dirty, especially the bathrooms. Much worse in person than in the photos. There is a partially demolished restaurant within the building that makes it look even worse. The surrounding area was nice and walkable to convenience stores and restaurants, at least in the daytime. It was also generally quiet. The one person on staff was not friendly and pretty much ignored us, except for handing us the card keys and taking them back in the morning.

There was body fluids on the bathroom wall and no coffee anywhere on site. The staff worked in barefeet with flip flops. And the guest service was rude about us ordering food to our room at night told us not to use the lobby and walk all the way around with no elevator not worth 1300 for 3 nights at all .
