We had a great stay at Everwild. The beds were incredibly comfy, the food was fantastic and we enjoyed an evening at the spa while it snowed. Beautiful resort and will def be back again

Poor service. We requested a room cleaning during our stay which was included, and never received it. Rhythm and howl food was not good. Spa was very underwhelming for the price, and when I asked if we could wear our robes up to our room, we were told we have to bring them back ourselves. Not a big deal, but for the price of the hotel stay and the spa, you would think room cleaning would take care of that. Would not stay here again or visit the spa.

The room was nice, modern and clean. But oh my - the customer service all around at this hotel was not ok. Front desk people were not helpful, virtually never there, not fluent. The restaurant staff were too busy and didn't serve us for dinner or breakfast despite waiting 15 min both times. So we gave up and went to town to grab food. For some forsaken reason, the housekeeping team thought it would be appropriate to start vacuuming the hallway at 8:30am. That pissed us off big time. Not worth the hype here at all. As ridiculous as this sounds, we'd recommend Coast Hotel over Everwild. By all means check out the spa facility here but no need to stay at the hotel. Just plain overall awful, the poor customer service just dampened the experience.

The hotel had its reservation system hacked. Unfortunately our card information was compromised through the process, and the hotel didn’t send any communication. When we checked into the hotel the front desk were very aware of the hack.
