I did not realize the pool slide was there lots of kids very noisy in the hall next stay I will ask to be on the top floor lots of noise above our room

The waterslides are fantastic after a day travel..lots of kids and good times
The young man working the early breakfast (7AM) was ama ZZ ing..keeping up with the rush.
The only thing I would suggest is don't get a room on the ground floor if you are a light sleeper.

I’ll never risk staying here again. It is hotel makes you sign a document stating they are not responsible for items that go missing in your room. I signed it, thinking they would have a safe in the room. They did not. I had to pack my stuff,lock my suitcase and hope no one walked out with it.
This is NOT acceptable and this tells me that they have a problem with staff stealing and rooms not locking.
They price their water at $2 but the machines makes you pay $3.
They still the tiny cheap white power for coffee cream in room.
I had to go down the front desk to get a remote that actually worked. You can’t call down to the front desk.

Love the pool with grandchildren--
The breakfast area is not adequate for the amount of people staying and trying to have the breakfast-everyone squishing into that tiny area was awful- line up just to get someone was rediculous and 15 minutes standing in line to have the egg tray refilled was unacceptable -' i felt like they just wanted people to give up and walk away -- I never was able to even get breakfast because of the wait and the lineup and lack of food but maybe that was the plan ...

We called the front desk twice for boise complaint with neighbors but they continued to be loud til 5 am. My truck was also written derogatory words in the mud and the cameras didnt get a good view

Very rude front desk staff member I do not know his name but he made checking into the hotel super horrible. He was not a nice man when we finally got to the hotel room it was so filthy it smelt like cigarettes and pee. The housekeepers were complaining about their jobs in the hallway. We had to call the Expedia hotline to get a refund and leave to go to a different hotel.
