I celebrated my birthday at the Prince George. Everything was on point from the time we checked in at the reception desk until we checked out! I especially want to give a shout out to Kay, who ensured our stay was superb. Well done, Prince George. We will be back! :)

No pen or paper in the room, bed quite soft, pillows quite hard. Overnight parking was more than listed on the website as they charged HST. Parking is really $32 per day. Bar not open very late. Very nice sauna and pool. Need more chairs or benches. No place to put your towel/clothes. Location is perfection! View is amazing.

The remote doorbell apparatus rang several times with no one at our door including once after we had retired. I had to put it in the stairwell for the night. I informed the desk of this when we checked out simply as a courtesy. When we went to leave the garage door ticket didn't function. I pressed what I thought was the communication bell with no result. When I went to the desk to get it reset it was curtly suggested by an employee standing beside the one helping me that all I had to do was press the bell and they would have let me out remotely. To the credit of the first employee who was aware if the doorbell issue I was given a modest reduction on my bill. My wife and I have been visiting the Prince George regularly for over 40 years and will likely return.

Clean and comfortable bed. Our room was made up every day. Wonderful hot tub and pool. Excellent room service and Happy Hour (2hours). Close to lots of restaurants, just steps to the Scotiabank Arena and a just a short downhill walk to the waterfront. Up the hill a bit to the Citadel. Gio’s Restaurant in the hotel has delicious food and great service.

I couldn't get the hot tub to work. I moved the dial on the wall, but no bubbles. It was hot, the pool was warm, and the sauna worked. Breakfast was included with the room, which was a pleasant surprise! The staff are very nice!
