Staff was nice, however the area around the hotel is horrible. Boarded up buildings, very very sketchy neighbourhood, (drugs, homeless,abandoned buildings) felt very unsafe. Our room smelt like bleach, i dont even want to think about that one... We checked in, walked to the casino which was a terrible idea, came back and checked out. They needed 24 hours for cancellation/refund. Anyways, not a nice place or neighbourhood.

Staff and manager were extremely helpful and gave suggestions for our stay in Windsor. What we should go and see while there. The room was nice. Very spacious. We would definitely book again.

Staff was great! Room was not great. Towel rack was not secured to wall properly. Fell off. Trouble controlling the temperature of the shower. Room smelled weird but got better with the ac turned on.

The room had a moldy smell to it, I was worried when we got there, but it was fine. The bed was very comfortable and it was very quiet! Breakfast surpassed expectation and the staff were very pleasant
