Saint Andrews Inn & Suites

This is a fantastic location. The property overlooks the ocean which means you can have your morning coffee watching the fishing boats leaving the harbour. The rooms are spacious and ours had a small kitchenette that had everything to make breakfast or simple evening meals. The only downside for us was the property is being renovated at present and the rooms and hotel lobby have a very strong smell of paint fumes, that really got to the back of your throat. This made sleeping with the windows closed impossible and made all our clothes hanging up in the wardrobe also smell of paint. The renovation work is also noisy, but the staff kept this to reasonable hours. I would stay here again in an instant the staff are very polite and friendly. The location is great for all amenities in St Andrews, but would check that the renovations were complete first.

Our second time hete .. great location . All rooms have a balcony over the water . A little dated but they are starting to upgrade some rooms . Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly .. the room was clean and spacious all the amenities .Petfect view of the water and sunset !

The check was very good the staff very friendly and helpful, the hotel didn’t seem very busy but the still put us on the lower level, we would preferred the main level, but other then that no complaints would definitely stay there again

My stay was awesome and would like to spebd time again and agiain there

St. Andrews Inn & Suited isn’t fancy but you can’t beat the location and price. Located in the heart of St Andrews, each room has a balcony facing the ocean with unobstructed views. Rooms are very spacious but with VERY small bathrooms, beds are decent, and rooms are always very clean (though dated). There is a large indoor pool (somehow? It’s a small inn!), coffee and yogurt provided (and plain donuts), and kind/helpful staff. We have stayed there a number of times because of the great location and low price.

Old and tired, you get what you pay for, heavy footsteps over your head and decided to do some renovations next door at 8 AM on NYD lol. Dont stay on the main floor, get on the second if at all possible

More breakfast options would be preferable and the pool needs a paint job, but it's a quiet, comfortable, and friendly place to stay with an amazing view.

beige on brown depressing, outdated furniture, no outlets to pluck in electronics, bathroom extremely small with only tub and toilet, sink in bedroom, flimsy locks, no breakfast, all ends up to totally overpriced. the only plus is the view over the water

Theres one thing i didnt like, and that is when they partied in the hallway. I've never ever seen that before in any hotel.

The property is well located on the waterfront and has nice views. The area was quiet. The shower curtain was pink from bacteria, which made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The room was very dim due to limited lighting and the use of undersized lightbulbs in the lamps. Some of the wiring was concerning with extension cords hanging out of loose sockets.
