The cross walk was closed, we had to push our luggage cart through oncoming traffic to get the Sheraton enterance. Being warned ahead of time by the hotel would have been a big plus ( especially when you are elderly ). There is a covered cross walk on the 2nd level of T3 —- alas we didn’t know that. Being our 1st visit!

Great stay at the gateway. Attached to terminal 3, so early flight was easy to get to. The room overlooked the airport side, which was great for a plane geek like me. The food in the club lounge was good, and the service was great

The stay was good and convenient. One note, I have stayed at this hotel a few times, and the showers have a very very slow drain. If you like a long hot shower after a flight, you can fairly easily overflow the shower.

It’s an airport hotel so I was only there one night. Check in was easy. Room service was great and so was the food. Room had Keurig and two bottles of water. It was quiet and I slept like a baby. Very impressed.

I booked this property at much higher rate than surrounding options but I wanted convenience For my early fight have breakfast and rest. However, breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30! Imagine an airport terminal hotel not starting breakfast until 6:30am. Rooms are like Holiday Inn Express. Not 4 star as they act and claim to be. Person on desk checking out asked me how my stay was and told her my issues but was not interested. They’re just programed to ask the same question but not interested in hearing anything back.
