I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, mainly due to its excellent location and easy access to the parliament. There are also several affordable dining options nearby, which adds to the convenience. The bed and pillow were incredibly comfortable, making my experience even better. I appreciated the well-equipped infrastructure, including a mini dishwasher in the kitchen. I would happily return to this place in the future. One suggestion I have is to improve accessibility for all guests, particularly for those with special needs. It would be great if the receptionists could unlock the door for easier entry into the building. Thank you for providing such a pleasant experience!

I booked the studio for 3 nights and it was perfect. The kitchen has everything you need and I didn’t have to order take out once on my trip. The gym is well equipped and spacious.

Great place

The location is decent, but now that Sonder is owned by a big american co. they have added a charge for everything and don't seem to be maintaining their properties. Windows are old and build up so much ice you can't see out, breaker kept blowing from the kitchen kettle. Also they now charge a signifiant fee for any late checkouts or early checkins. And no flex. We were there for a weekend getaway, got there less than an hour early and couldn't get up from the parking lot. And don't get me started on their app-based door locks that work about 30% of the time. Miss the Canadian Sonder. They used to be really good.

Very nice property. Everything you need for a day or two, clean, great app with clear instructions. Very enjoyable and easy stay. Would recommend.

I think they need add Intercom or phone.If any issues customers contract them as soon as possible..Even though all r good...

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay at this hotel, and I recommend it.

The bed was slanted towards the wall, squeaky bed frame, could hear the couple in the next room being intimate, quite a hefty fee just to clean the room. Will not stay at Sonder again.

I was given a room with no view when my booking mentioned view and when I spoke to customer service at desk she was rude and did not give a clear response. The bedsheets were dirty too.

We are elders with poor knees/hips. Bathtub/shower side was high and thus difficult. There were no safety bars or grips to assist getting over side safely. Surprised at this omission in this day and age and we never thought to ask if there was any handicap provisions in some rooms. Otherwise, all was fantastic.

The location was perfect and it was a nice, clean space

There was dog hair all over the room which gave me a severe asthma attack and I broke out in hives. My eyes puffed up and they don’t have a proper reception for book in, they charge extra fees for everything. The tv did not work at all. Everything has to be done through their app. Even if the room is available for early check in or late check out they charge $40 an hour after taxes. Booked through Expedia and luckily I contacted Sonders reception and they said I had download the app to speak with them. It took me over an hour on the app chat to check in. And even though I already reservation confirmation emails through expedia. They said they had no record of it. And the screenshots with the booking confirmation and the number Expedia provided wasn’t good enough for them. They don’t have a phone in the room to call reception. You also don’t get a key card that has to be done through the app with Bluetooth. And you have to scan your phone against the door which also didn’t work. Luckily they gave me a code to do it with but it’s very inconvienent.

Nice spot

Nice size appartment. Did book a balcony and was very dissapointed that the balcony doors were locked without notice. Should have a few wine glasses and a few more bowls in the Kitchen. No dish rag on arrival. The bedding were very cheap and the duvet needs replacing. The duvet was full of lumps which were not a cozy feeling at bed time. Should have a carpet at the front door for shoes….. could supply minimal supplies such as salt and pepper. Only one small soap was supplied….

This is clean, modern and comfortable facilty. Staff is friendly and very helpful Great area to stay in; lots going on
