The staff were very kind to our kids and helpful. We needed support a few different times and every single time we spoke to someone it was taken care of quickly and easily. We enjoyed the robes and nice clean and comfy bedding the most. We also enjoyed the effective heater, dark blinds, and all the different keurig beverages and the mini fridge.

Love the mineral pool and especially being outside with all the steam coming off the water. The room is great! Everything feels clean.

Room was very dated for the price. Restaurant food wasn’t great and overpriced. The mineral pool was great.

Stayed in a Jacuzzi Suite and found the room in a very poor state. Lots of the furniture in the room was damaged/dirty. Even found the jacuzzi to be a bit dirty as well. The bed was fine, which saves a star otherwise, for the price of ~$300 a night, this is definitely not worth it. Won't be back at the hotel.

The mineral spa was great but the rooms could use some much needed renovations. I couldn’t even shower as the tap wouldn’t work properly. Time to invest back into the business.

Breakfast wasn't included. They charge $5 per night for parking, even though our room was over top of the parkade.
