We loved the Burrard. Much of downtown Vancouver is accessible by foot. The staff was friendly and hospitable. Best of all were the bikes available for use at no extra charge. Great place. We would stay there again.

Clean room and great nepresso machine in the room and nice sheets and option for a free day pass to fitness world only 2 blocks from the hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful.

We arrived in YVR early in the morning, made our way to the hotel and were able to check in our room right away so that was a real bonus. Front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. Got freshened up and had a nice breakfast sandwich in the adjoining coffee shop. Our room was clean and simple. We were on the inside facing the lovely courtyard. Room had a nice window that cranked open for fresh air, also a portable air conditioner which was appreciated later in the day as it was warm and humid. Bathroom was simple, tub with shower, toilet but a small sink. We were a party of 3 and they brought us extra towels. The only issue was the bathroom had no powered vent so showers were quite steamy. Hotel was quiet and felt safe and secure. It is across the street from a hospital but we were not bothered by ambulance sirens. Hotel is ideally located in downtown area, lots of great places to eat, and easy walk to water front attractions. Hotel is only a 10 minute walk from the metro station for airport train.

It is an “older” hotel. The hotel is located across a hospital so sirens were heard all day and night. They do not have central a/c and use a portable unit that wasn’t helpful so we had to open windows which made the noise likely worse. There is also a lot of construction in nearby area
