Tidal Bore Inn

Room recently redone. New paint on building. Unable to check in until later due to staff shortage which was a bit inconvenient since we were tired.

Very well kept for an older property, extremely helpful staff. Directly off trans Canada highway with easy access.

Loved staying here. The host is a genuine nice man. The rooms are clean and comfortable and its a very good value. Perfect for overnight or as a base to reach other places in the area.

It was perfect for my need at the time to stop and rest! The motorways are not too close but… The tidal bore was disappointing and not worth watching! That was one of the reasons for being here!

Wasin a nice location great view. We were just passing through. the only problem we had was the noise from people stopping up-and-down the stairs.

With this property, you cannot judge a book by its cover. When we arrived at the property I was a bit concerned because there were waist high weeds and dead plants everywhere, making the property look tired and neglected. However, we decided to check in anyway and see what the room was like and go from there. First, the gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and nice. Then when we opened the door to our room, we were pleasantly surprised. The room, including the bathroom, was very clean, there were plenty of towels, it had a fridge and microwave, and the beds were comfy, so of course we decided to stay. You can sit on the provided chairs on the lawn and watch the tide from the Bay of Fundy come in, which is the main reason we made reservations there. It was also very quiet and close to restaurants and shops. There’s a building on the property that used to be a restaurant but I think it’s permanently closed. It also has weeds growing everywhere around it. If the owners would put a little more effort into cleaning up around the buildings and the landscape, this hotel would truly be a gem.

Yes, OK, the rooms are a bit dated but that's not unexpected for the price. Great value for money and friendly staff.

Owners were wonderful. Very friendly. Even let me collect seeds from plants in their garden

Owner / operator was friendly and made or stay enjoyable. We would stay there again if we are by that way.

Great location. Inn is a no frills stop; dated but clean. Owner is up front at check-in about electrical shortcomings and the work-arounds. Shower was hot. Bed a bit hard.

Rooms were good. Nice view of the nearby land. Comfortable beds. Great room for a one night stay. Surrounding area had everything we needed.

The property is up on a hill and has chairs and picnic tables beautiful sunset. We had a deer come across. The rooms are clean and set up very nice. The host are friendly and will try to help with whatever you need. 100 percent would stay here again

Definitely an older property, but they have done a good job to keep it clean. Great value for the money.
