You need to know this is a very low quality hotel. I was staying for business and on a weekday. It was loaded w rooms having over 7 people in them. Almost every elevator smelled like cannabis and from about 1045 until 1am we reported massive noise from the room above. It was only at 1am that they kicked the room above out. This is a hotel you go to if you want to wreck the room , walk around drunk at all hrs and not rest. But not a place you go to for business or families. The assistant manager Ashley is one of the most unprofessional managers, it was put back on me that I didn’t do enough research to know this was more of a “rough around the edges “ hotel. So…..for the right event it could work but for most travellers I can’t see this being a fit.

This hotel is in dire need of renovations. We were placed on the 6th floor, top floor as we requested and our room was not really acceptable. The bath tub porcelain was completely rubbed off, the toilet flush handle kept coming apart so my husband had to put it together every other use in order for it to flush, the piping under the sink was leaking and a poor job had been made to fix it complete with a smashed wall under the basin left open. No recycling bins as mentioned on their promise to be green. Pealing wallpaper, drape pulls not attached to the drapes, air conditioner was noisy and the front needed to be put in place once again by my husband. No comfortable chair to sit in just a very old desk chair. On the up side the bed was comfortable. No we did not complain we just won’t return.
