We have stayed here before and will stay again. The front desk was very friendly upon check-in, but hardly looked at me when I checked out. Not a problem. The bathtub had a bit of blackish between the tiles, but again, this was not a big deal. Very convenient to downtown stores and restaurants. The restaurant in the hotel, Cassis, was very good, as was the service there. All in all, comfortable and accommodating. Will stay again.

The hotel was conveniently located in the middle of Jasper. The staff was friendly and professional. Being a tourist destination, there were families with loud kids staying at the hotel.

We have stayed here quite often, however our last stay we had no heat in our room. We were exhausted and after trying to reset the thermostat quite a few times we managed to wrap up and try and sleep. We did tell front desk in the morning but she didn’t seem concerned at all. This was the first time we had stayed at -30 so not sure if the heat system couldn’t keep up or if was not working period.

Great location in Jasper! Close to everything and the roof top hot tub is a great amenity. Could use some updates but overall very clean! Walls are paper thin and could hear our neighbours but other than that, i would definitely stay here again!

We loved the outdoor Canada themed artwork throughout the hotel. There are several restaurant choices within the property or the Raven, our favourite, is across the street. Very clean and neat with views of the mountains.

Very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Service was solid too. Unfortunately though, the room was terribly hot in the middle of the night, so much so that it woke us up and kept us awake. Felt like we were sleeping in a sauna. We turned down the thermostat to 18°C but sadly this didnt seem to have any effect on the heat the following night. I figure the room was anywhere from 25°C to 30°C during the night, with little ability to control it. Turning on the air handler to the cool setting helped, but didnt eliminate the problem and it was still too warm. And we couldn't open the windows as it was colder than -15°C outside and this wasn't allowed (understandably).

We always stay here when we come to Jasper and it’s always a great time. This go around we unfortunately got put right at a room across from the elevators so that was a bit noisy as well as we were woken up by housekeeping at 8:30am when we were checking out at 11am so that was a bit concerning as usually we have no issues with that when they know we will be vacated after 11. Overall, still a great stay and we will be back

Though parking can be a bit of an excursion, the property is uniquely positioned and quite convenient. It has character and gave us a warm, comfortable sensation as we settled in. It is a location I'd recommend considering for reasonable accommodations on a mountain getaway.
