The hotel its nothing like what its posted. In our room we didnt have a hairdryer,the towels where dirty!!!. In the room we didnt have a safe or fridge and the cabinets to put our cloth was not enough. We couldnt control the ac. It worked from the front desk. and the parking wasnt really a parking because it was just a space at the hotel entrance where one car blocked the other. Finally when i was ready to pay with my credit card they wanted to charge me some taxeswhen my reservation said that eveything was included. Bad!!!!

El estacionamiento es en la calle, se cortó la luz en la ciudad, y el hotel no cuenta con generador de respaldo. La piscina no estaba bien mantenida, el Aire Acondicionado solo funciona 5 hrs al dia

Habitaciones muy espaciosas, personal aunque poco, fue muy agradable, lo malo desayuno muy pobre con té líder, jamonada, queso y huevo, si bien se encuentra cerca del centro y del morro, frente el hotel tienen una sede social que hace fiestas hasta altas horas y en las habitaciones frente la sede se escucha todo... Relación precio vs calidad, bastante elevado

Hotel frío las habitación linda pero fría le faltó calor humano lo peor fue que en la paguina me cobraron un valor y en el hotel otro tuve que pagar como 20.000 pesos más de lo que salía en la paguina eso es muy malo no me gustó el sistema de la paguina lo encuentro un engaño ya en la en la paguina sale un valor y en el hotel te cobran otro de emocionada de la paguina en el hotel no hay desayuno buffe es sólo desayuno y todo muy frío esta paguina es engañosa no puede dar un valor y en el hotel cobrarte 20.000 más del VALOR que te dicen en la paguina muy engañosa
