Great location. Hotel is in a old fashion Hutong in the heart of Beijing where you see locals' life but also close to major tourism spots. It was super fun to walk or ride a bike through these Hutongs. Staffs are very friendly and try their best to make guest feel at home. Tasty breakfast with a lot of choices. Will definitely go back next time I visit Beijing!

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Beijing and was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience from start to finish. The hotel combines international comfort with warm Chinese hospitality, making it a perfect choice whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. Check-in was smooth and efficient, with English-speaking staff who were not only professional but also genuinely welcoming. My room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with a large comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, and reliable Wi-Fi. The location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Breakfast was a highlight — a generous buffet with both Western and Chinese options. The variety and freshness were impressive, and the service in the dining area was always attentive without being intrusive. A special mention goes to the concierge staff, who went above and beyond to help me with directions and with the washer and dryer.

We enjoyed the facilties, the receptionists, the restaurant hostesses, the housekeepers and the doorman. Everyone was extremely polite and always welcoming you back to your rooms for exciting. It was a spotless hotel. The food for breakfast had a great variety as well as quality food for all to enjoy, whether you are of Chinese descent, Asian in general or of any other various ethnicity. I appreciated their organization with receiving packages as well as I had notified them of a package arriving the next day. The rooms were always kept clean and organized to where we left our personal belongings and they always refilled what we had used. The rooms are modern and comfortable with convenient tables for eating or working. Appreciated the large TV if you do watch. The only thing we didn't enjoy as much was the design of the shower stall and the mirror placement. If you are not a couple, one person has to be mindful to not look in the direction of the shower. Otherwise, it was great. The water pressure was perfect and the products given to use were good as well. The subway station is 15 mins away however, so it is not the closest but, there are bus stops nearby as well as a lot of restaurants. Would recommend and would stay again.

The staff was very helpful calling me taxis and even giving personal phone number to assist if i needed help.

Das Personal war fantastisch. Trotz durchschnittlicher Englischkenntnisse war die Verständigung einfach. Das Personal nutzt einen Übersetzer mit Sprachfunktion. Die nächste Metro Station Dongsi ist in ca. 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zur verbotenen Stadt ist es etwa ein 30min Fußweg. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Das Bad ist zwar etwas eng aber absolut ausreichend. Es gibt Waschmaschinen und Wäschetrockner, die kostenlos genutzt werden können. Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt!

Excellent hotel stay with very attentive, friendly and helpful receptionists and doormen, who provided fantastic customer service every day. I arrived quite early from the airport, waited for a while at the lobby and was lucky to have a room available earlier to wash up and do my work. Breakfast was very good. Gym was a bit small but it does not matter since I didn't have time to use it anyway. Room is very clean and spacious. Good location. Very nice hotel stay.

We stayed in two rooms (3006 and 3008) for five nights at this hotel, and our experience was truly exceptional. 1. The reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, showing incredible generosity by granting us both an early check-in and a late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. 2. Room service was impressively quick. They immediately cleaned our room whenever they noticed us opening the door, allowing us to maximize our time and fully enjoy our holiday. 3. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. The staff were attentive and efficient, quickly clearing my finished plates to free up space while ensuring my coffee remained untouched to reserve my table as I picked up more food. They also kindly allowed me to pack some breakfast for my wife and children, who were still asleep, making sure they didn’t miss out on the wonderful meal. 4. A special mention goes to Ms. Tammy, the front desk manager, for her outstanding professionalism and kindness. She informed us about the late-night supper service, complete with 24-hour coffee, and even went the extra mile by helping me order medication for my stomach flu, which arrived within just half an hour. 5. The hotel's location was quite convenient, as we had already known when making the reservation. Though access to the entrance required using Didi (China's ride-hailing app), it was manageable and added to the convenience of our stay. Good. Except they favor probably their ihg house rewards guest for early check in. I noted at least five groups who came after us that was given rooms first

We had a great stay at the hotel, buffet breakfast was a hit. Loved the laundry service which was all controlled via QR code within WeChat. Staff were lovely and courterous. Only down side was walk to the MTR was around 12-15 mins via the Hutong which we had to dodge multiple bikes, cars and motorcycles. If it was easier to walk and closer to the station, it would've been perfect.

The hotel was clean and good. Locates in a narrow old street. The room was small and had no closet in our room.

We loved the free breakfast with so many choices. Food was quite good. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and polite. The only thing i didn't like is the location which is half way into a hutong which actually is an alley. Our taxi driver wouldn't drive us right up to the hotel and insisted we get off at the entrance of the hutong. We didnt think there's a hotel in the midst of a hutong. Also there arent many nice restaurants nearby.Other than that, we are happy with the hotel.
