A very nice hotel, newer with comfortable rooms. It has a nice pool that you do not need to pay extra for and the breakfast dining arra is very pleasant. There was a young man in the concierge who was very helpful. The locatuon is ok. It is quiet but there is nothing right outside. However, it is still convenient to get to place in the vicinity.

great place to stay, quite and safe. We love the breakfast buffet. The only one thing is cannot adjust the air conditional, it controlled by central set as 28C which is hot in the room.

Worst service. The manager Jason is a very good guy and helpful but the entire team sucks. They do not have a bell cart and no one is helpful. None of them can say hello in English. They have attitude issues too

Air conditioner does not work. It chills the room by 2 degrees, fridge doesnt really work either. Food was pretty sub par, seemed like it was reheated or frozen food.

Sofa bed was dirty and old mattress. I had to call to change it. Far from metro station. Breakfast was really good. You have to carry your own luggages.

I would specifically like to mention RONALD on the front desk .... I arrived late post midnight coz of my flight delay .... Ronald helped me check in like he would do for any other guy .... however , since the kitchen was closed and I was famished , he ordered food for me from outside .... I was very impressed with this out of the way helping attitude ..... thank you so much Ronald ..... you have provided me with one of the best service I’ve received in a very long time ... keep it up

Firstly the location is quite far out especially if you arrive in Pudong. Please do not be fooled by the name of New Hongqiao because it was no where near Hongqiao. Check in was not smooth because the system error at 1am. Spent around 20 mins at front desk trying to find my booking and get my key. Room was nice because it was all new and typical Hyatt property. Breakfast selection in my opinion is enough but table cleanliness is lacking, maybe the restaurant is short staffed. Overall its a pleasant stay for the property but the location is really not so convenient.
