The front desk is open daily from 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM. If you are planning to arrive after 5:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of COP 25000 at check-out.
