Great place to stay, very friendly staff

Great modern hotel with a vibe. Single rooms are tiny, but double rooms are nice and spacious. Lovely breakfast, welcome drink and free short massage. Great rooftop restaurant and jacuzzi area. Walking distance from Santa Fe mall ( although quite uphill) and taxi/uber often miss the street - but would definitely stay again.

Todo bien exepto, los desayunos, mesas sin limpiar, no tenian cubiertos y platos suficientes. En ocasiones no habia jugo o solo tenian una variedad.

Overall a nice stay and local central enough to travel everywhere with 10-20 minutes. Staff always helpful and very nice. Would stay again. Rooms are on the smaller size if you are traveling with a family then you may want to upgrade.

Bed comfort, Jacuzzi and Spa

Great staff, breakfast, space in bedrooms, bar, lobby. Need improvement with AC. Hotel temperature is too hot. Also not enough space or Jacuzzi for all guests. Maybe a pool instead

This place is a party place so loud rooms and so small as well. I had to move because I couldn't sleep 3 night of the row because of the noise

Astonishing views luxurious property. Enjoy the Trip getting there. Is a bit of an adventure but totally worth it!!!

Staff were very nice and the stay was very comfortable. The location is also very convenient. We walked to Carulla supermarket and santafe mall.

Excellent communication before our arrival. The location is incredible location, close to public transport, shopping centres. Their restaurant is on the terrace on the 15th floor with incredible views of the city. Super friendly staff, welcome drinks, complemenrary spa treatment, what else could you ask for. I strongly recommend this hotel.

I visited Faranda Collection Medellin, a Member of Radisson Individuals hotel in Medellin Columbia twice in 2025, once in February and most recently in June. Each time I stayed about 2 weeks. I found the staff and facility to be exceptional, especially for the price. Everyone was friendly and attentive- front desk, restaurant servers and cleaning personnel. Each room has a safe and refrigerator. Breakfast is included for each guest daily. This alone is worth at least $10 per guest. It is a buffet style breakfast with dishes such as scrambled eggs, different kinds of meat, different kinds of bread and bakery items, numerous kinds of fruit, cheese, sliced meat, vegetables, orange juice and coffee. I am disabled and use a walker. 1 of the waiters was immediately at my side every time I arrived at the restaurant to assist me to my table after filling my plates for me. He was very attentive to my needs. He even noticed that I struggled trying to open a foil packet of coffee creamer. The next day he started opening the coffee creamer for me without my mentioning a word. I have stayed at numerous higher tier hotels in the United States through my 73 years but never experienced anything even close to this level of service. I would say my experience was much like purchasing an economy airline ticket, to be surprised when boarding when I see that all seats are first-class. If you want a world-class experience at a very affordable price, this is the place to stay in Medellin Columbia.
