El cuarto deberia haber estado listo a las 3pm. Llegamos a las 320pm y no nos dieron las llaves hasta las 410 con la explicacion de que alguien salio tarde. Pero vimos como no empezaron a arreglar el cuarto hasta que nosotros llegamos. Para completar no habia agua caliente, nos dijeron que el calentador estaba muy lejos y se demoraba en salir. Esperamos y el agua caliente no llego. Fuimos a recepción para decirle a alguien y no habia nadie hasta mas o menos las 10am. Los meseros excelentes y muy serviciales.

They have a very nice courtyard with a pool. They play very nice ambiance music. I really enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely come back.

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. The room was large, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The bathroom had dispensers for bath products so as not to generate plastic waste. Likewise, they provided paper straws in their beverages. The breakfast menu was ample, generous, and varied. They also have an industrial espresso coffee maker. The grounds are well-kept and comfortable, and the service was cordial and accommodating. Because of the beautiful vegetation and somewhat humid conditions, the property does have some mosquitos, so use repellent when lounging around. We were grateful for their flexibility in giving us a late check-out, since our room was not reserved for that night. If we return to Santa Fe de Antioquia, we will definitely stay here again.
