I spent a week at the hotel and wanted to be back the first day. Clean, modern, incredible breakfast and the kindest staff will make the best of your visit to Bucaramanga "La Ciudad Bonita". I highly recommend it! Will be back soon!

I was put in a basic room even though I had paid for superior, the shower was barely dripping cold water, not a single person spoke English, WiFi didn’t reach the room, very uncomfortable bed, etc. would not recommend.

It is a nice hotel with a large pool. The staff is attentive to your need and very competent. Facilities are in great condition. Good AC, Wifi and cable TV. My room was spacious and very comfortable with a modern bathroom and very hot water. I noticed some rooms do not have window or have hallway's windows. Breakfast buffet is varied and great. The location is a 20 minutes walk away from city points of interests. Some rooms can be noisy since the hotel is located on a main street.

Unfortunately I stayed to long at the hotel, was under repairs, therefore was noise from early morning (5am) dusty, they accept large groups of young students that stay up to early morning talking and drinking then the repairs noises start, this affected my health. The friendly staff make up for those negative parts, nevertheless the staff are under paid and forces to work long hours, but , this is part of the Colombian culture, (exploitation)

Had to change rooms. The place is noisy at night. My second room didn't have telephone service. I reported it 5 times but they never fixed it. The best thing was the breakfast. Always ready at 6 am and excellent!

Staff is very friendly. Excellent cleanliness. Connectivity given for each staff is appreciable. Facilities like swimming pool, Jacuzzi etc. are excellent. Wifi connectivity is good. Restaurant service is also good. Specially the fruit juice was of excellent quality.

When my office reserved this room they told me it looked really nice in the photos, with balcony and pretty modern decor, oh was I in for a revelation, they put me in a small room, with beat up furniture, with my bed window facing the stairs and hallway with a massive construction that began banging and sawing at 6 AM, I immediately called Hotels.com to be moved and had just one more day stay to put up with the noise and I couldnt wait to get out, the staff was very friendly and nice though, when I told them I was leaving early they tried to accommodate me to a better room, but it was a bit too late, they should have thought of this when they gave me the room in the first place, as they were aware of the construction noise and my rooms location.

apartment was nice...however the cooking hood did not work and they did nothing about it during the first 4 days of our stay......was promised a new room and did nothing about it as well......has some guests over for dinner and was charged additional fee per person for having them up to the room..........

I booked for 4 days a month in advance. When i got there they gave me something lower than what i had paid and they said they had no availability for what i had requested over a month ago. After much fighting they did give me the type of room that i had paid for. There were hairs in the sheets and the door to the balcony would not lock and could not be closed. The balcony was looking to super busy street and the noise was just ridicoulous. I could not take it and i upgraded to the apartments in the 6th floor actually unit 601. It was much nicer and brighter and the balcony was quiet. The problem then was that the hot water worked in the morning but it did not work again. I do not like cold showers. the last night the hot water came back but it was either boiling water or cold water with no way to have both combined. I do not recommend at all. Stay away from this place. I have been in 5 different hotel for different reasons and Holiday inn most definitely beats all of them by a landslide.

As I have indicated by phone with Cat, your customer service rep, this hotel is a disaster! I waited more than an hour for them to figure out a room for me, and I even had to find the Hotels.com reservation online and show it to them...After they got me an upgraded room with a jacuzzi tub (even though it was very noisy due to traffic), I thought they would at least leave me in that room for the next four nights...oh, no, goodness, do something nice for the customer? Not at all...there have been mistakes in billing, and the main problem (as always) is one of management, there has been no one around to talk with about this problem...mgt is avoiding talking with me! On top of everything else, this hotel used to have CNN in English in the guest rooms and that is no more.....

For the most part we enjoyed the stay, the rooms were clean and comfortable. There was an issue however, with our reservation. We booked and recieved a confirmation for two rooms but upon our arrival we were told that we had only booked one. After showing the confirmation email and explaining and re explaining the situation we were given the rooms we reserved, but not before quite a bit Of insisting on our part.

the room discretion wrong the hotel discretion wrong this is like renting a motel here in the usa worse than a motel trust me lets start with the hotel small the pool was dirty green algie in the botton and green water , breakfast buffet really bad the room nothing like the picture the safe did not work the bathroom very small the showere did not have a shower head it was just a pipe sticking out of wall run out of hot water on my third day , really really bad , expidia should remove this hotel out of website not recommended , stay somewhere else like dan carton
