Las Americas is a wonderful resort. Helpful and polite staff. Amenities and room are 5 star. One area for ease of use, is ordering room service. No physical menu is not the greatest and the phone system is slightly confusing at first .

The rooms need some serious work from paint to better bed linens. The buffet had many options but the food lacks flavor, seasoning. I’m not a fan of the food even in the restaurants.

The view was amazing. Our room was clean for the most part except they never swept or mopped the floor. We expect more authentic Colombian food in the resort. The staff was quick on fixing any issues.

The property is in excellent condition, and the pools and common areas are very well-maintained. The staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The drinks were a bit flat, but the breakfast was delicious, and the dining options are quite good. My main concern was the noise coming from the small bar area located beneath our rooms. The host party was having a loud music party until 11 pm, which was disruptive for my 18-month-old baby. The hotel had assured me that the doors would block out the noise, but unfortunately, they only reduced it slightly. Despite this minor issue, I had a great stay at this hotel.

Overall, a really good vacation. One area of improvement; bathrooms need hand towels and a shower rug to stand on when you get out of the shower. Just a few tweaks would make Las Americas really exceptional.
