When I arrived to the property, I waited for over 25 minutes for a staff member to show up to the front desk. He finally rode in a bicycle and without checking his computer, he promptly told me they were full for the weekend, even though I had made a reservation through Orbitz. Lastly, there were cats all over the property, inside and out and I am severely allergic. Unfortunately I cannot recommend that you stay here.

Basic room clean. Poor water presure decent wifi

Lastimosamente no nos fue muy bien. Primero, casi no encontramos el hotel por lo que no se llama así, sino „Islanders blue house“. Al check-in no nos registraron, no pidieron ningún documento. La habitación triple bastante pequeña, no hubo ni toallas, ni papel higiénico, tampoco jabón, ni hablar de champú. Lo peor fue el aseo, sobre todo del baño. Lo único positivo fue la atención de uno de los empleados que era tan amable de conseguirnos una toalla y papel higiénico. El vecindario no muy recomendable para turistas, sobre todo por la noche. En general, no volveremos ni recomendaríamos este hotel.
