This is a beautiful hotel filled with art and we enjoyed strolling the different floors to pick our favorites. We chose it to stay one night "near" the SJO airport for a flight the next day. At first we thought we had made a mistake staying here because we arrived during evening rush hour traffic and it took a long time to get there, but the drive to the airport in the morning was quick and easy. We ate a delicious dinner at the Italian restaurant next door and enjoyed the hotel's breakfast and coffee in the morning. Staff were very nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

We had the pleasure of staying at Studio Hotel Boutique during our vacation in Costa Rica, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. I especially loved the on-site restaurant; the food was not only incredible but also reasonably priced. The complimentary parking was another great convenience. While the hotel isn’t located in a walkable tourist area, it’s very well situated near excellent restaurants and attractions like the Animal Sanctuary, which we really enjoyed visiting. Overall, I highly recommend Studio Hotel Boutique—you won’t regret your stay!

Was very cool to see all the artwork and paintings all over the hotel. Staff was super friendly, english was good and breakfast was not just toast. The only negative was the TV volume was too low and we couldn’t turn it up. Maybe we could have asked someone to do it but we never did. The airport shuttle was not free but affordable and reliable.The rooftop pool was nice and was very shady.
