The apartment was of a high standard. Very clean and plenty of space for a couple. The location in the old town was perfect, with all the bars and restaurants very close by. It was also only a short walk to the old harbour, Stradun and the Jesuit Stairs. I found the apartment very easy to find, even at night when I arrived. There were no steps to contend with while carrying luggage, which in the old town is a huge convenience. I would stay again

Fantastic location inside the old city. Super quiet despite being so close to busy restaurants and outdoor cinema. Very comfortable. Only downsides : microwave placement a little high for easy use by a short person, such as me and couldn't work out how to operate the coffee machine!

It was an amazing location right in the middle of old town. Everything was nicely furnished and had all mod cons. What I didn't like is check out at 10am, zero coffee maker or coffee supplies, no cooking oil, no place to dry anything. The place is tiny. Felt very sausage factory production line like, never saw a human, in and out.

Fabulous apartment in the city walls of Dubrovnik. Great location and nice and quiet at night. Apartment has everything you need and the communication from the host was great. Easy checkin and clear instructions. We had an amazing stay, thank you so much. We will definitely recommend this apartment and Dubrovnik to friends and family

This property was in the heart of the old town which made it so accessible for everything. The room was freshly cleaned for us and we had excellent communication throughout. They even let us extend our check out by an hour to accommodate our flight times. Would highly recommend this apartment!!!!

Very small but well appointed room. Location in the old town was excellent, a quiet street with very little through traffic, although on two of our three nights the courtyard next to our room was an outdoor cinema, but finished reasonably early, so did not disturb us much. The table and chairs on the street outside the main door to the apartments was a god send, to enjoy a quiet drink before dinner in the fresh air, as there was not enough space in the studio apartment for two to sit comfortably. However, given Dubrovnik is all about getting out and about, the lack of aparrment space was more than offset by the great location within the city walls.

Wonderful place to stay. We just had a little hiccup with the safe, but they fixed it right away (service was amazing). I sent a message, and they accommodated us right away!!! They are very professional and any questions or concerns, they were on it right away. The location is very convenient too. Dining and shopping is right around the corner. The outdoor movie is outside the window, but they have double pane windows, so it was not bad. You can even watch, if you want. The view from our window was pretty too, must enjoy that if you stay here. The place is very clean but watch out for the shorter ceiling, my husband hit his head a few times.... but this is normal in smaller spaces like these (we stayed in top floor). Our stay is wonderful, and I will recommend this to all my friends and families. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your wonderful place. I would definitely stay here again and again and again.

Checking in was really smooth, once inside at the foot of the staircase we experienced a strong odd smell, which is the staircase covering or the glue that bonds the rubber to the metal staircase. The fumes it gives off are disgusting. The room itself is functional and the bathroom is 5 out of 5. Air con is also good. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we experienced lots of noise from the room above. The biggest issue was the cleanliness. The room floor was filthy, hair, toe nails, and covered in dust. Fortunately there’s a dustpan in the room, so we swept the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. We made the hotel group aware but they never responded so thought we should put it in a review. They had the opportunity to resolve the issue but chose to ignore it.

I alerted the booker that my flight was delayed and I'd be arriving after 2300. Was told that check-in after 2300 was not possible. I had to find somewhere else to stay in the middle of the night. Turned out check-in was all over text and involved no human interaction--it could have taken place before arrival. The booker refused to refund the cost of that first night when I was locked out.

Property is in an excellent location near the Pile Gate. Checkin was super easy, everything went well. Apartment was clean and had coffee available along with a kitchenette. Small but everything worked. Note there is no staff on site but can reach them easily on WhatsApp.

We were in the Ground floor apartment (0) and, it must be one of the few places to stay in Dubrovnik Old Town which doesn’t require stairs to get to it. There is however a single stair down into the apartment once inside. It’s very nicely furnished with nice touches such as personalised bed linen. On the down side it is very small. There’s just enough space either side of the large double bed and a fold down table at the end of the bed. It does have a high end microwave, hob, cooker hood and a small built-under fridge, However the lack of space would make it uncomfortable to prepare and eat anything more complicated than breakfast or a snack. The apartment was beautifully clean and the shower was great, although the tray was a reasonable size, the fixed glass screen made it difficult to avoid splashing the floor. This wasn’t a big problem as it soon dried out. Probably helped by the very effective air conditioning. There’s one very small window but it looks onto the adjacent property which is only about 30cm away and, being the ground floor, not a lot of light makes it’s way down. On the plus side you’re definitely not overlooked! The location is excellent being under 300 metres from the Pile Gate tour meeting and taxi/ Uber pick up and drop off point. It’s located down a typical Dubrovnik street but, unusually, there are no restaurants or bars, only a few apartment entrances and is very quiet. There are a huge selection of bars & restaurants 20mtrs round the corner
