Wonderful location on the beautiful Dalmatia coastline. Hotel was well catered and had good facilities - great for families.

This was a good place with a good pool.

Clean, location 1 light not working in room -

The food was excellent. Lovely pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms basic and clean but could do with updating. Shower leaked. Beach nice but busy but great location with mountains behind.

Great place to spend. Mountains in the back and the sea in the front. Clean water, friendly staff. Restaurants are nice. But not equal. In one restaurant, nobody attended. In another one, bartenders were chaffing but did not care. Somewhere, they do not take credit cards. However, one was great - Marina restaurant - we got there every day for Frutti di mare food. Yami Yami....On the wrong side, too many dogs for my taste all around. You need to be lucky not to have guests around who leave their little friends in the room barking. We were lucky in this way.

Everything was perfect from front desk and other staff to breakfast and accomodation

Wi-Fi is bad in the complex J. Room service did not restock shampoo. Had to ask for it on the front desk. TV had only 9 local channels available. Crowded parking area without good organization had to block someone in order to park. Overall this hotel is not really 4 stars. Maybe 3 at the most.

Very friendly, helpful staff in all places in the hotel. Very attractive and right across the promenade from the beach. Lovely little seaside town. Definitely recommend to others.

From the hotel you can walk straight on to the promenade by the pebble beach with crystal clear water. The swimming pool is good with plenty of sun loungers. Breakfast was ver good only let down by its coffee. Rooms are kept very clean. Some wear and tear showing. Bathroom was immaculate. The hotel staff were very friendly.

We were two families and stayed in 3 sea-view rooms. The location was excellent and we just had to cross a promenade to reach the pebbly beach with clear water. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and willing to help. The outdoor pool was clean, but a bit crowded. We were on half-board - the food was average and new dishes were offered everyday of the week. The breakfast was a bit monotonous though. But rather annoyingly, any drinks, even water, had to be purchased for the buffet dinner for the half-board. They would not supply even tap water.

We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included and we had a great breakfast buffet. The pool was nice. The beach was directly in front of the hotel and many restaurants and shops were located on the promenade in front of the hotel. The mountain scenery behind the hotel is spectacular!! I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Disappointed with this hotel. Rooms/apartments quite old fashioned and need refurb.Beds not comfortable. Room dark.So many steps to access all the rooms which are spread over a large area on a hillside, that we had to move hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful but unable to find a suitable room to accommodate us. I have ME and can do a few steps here and there but not the amount in this hotel so it was impossible for me. There is a lift in the main hotel building which goes between reception and the lower level where dining room and pool areas are. On the positive side the location and views are lovely, but as it was end of season (October) there were not many restaurants open nearby in Tucepi. Plenty of choice in the hotel restaurant ,but food suited the majority of guests who were Germany. We were glad we moved to a hotel in Makarska where there was more going on and found a beautifully, modern, comfortable hotel on the level and with lift access to all floors.If you can't do steps then don't go here!

Hotel was very nice. Good food and staff friendly. Very clean and excellent location, lots of very nice restaurants within easy walking distance. We went in September, There were very few British people in hotel and majority of people were senior citizens so it wasn't ideal for my 'twenty something' sons but we could have just chosen the wrong week

We are a family of 4 with 2 x 7 yr old boys, the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Swift check in, great room with plenty of space, really clean and a breathtaking view. The staff are all fantastic and work very hard to make your holiday a memorable one. Staff running kids club go above and beyond to involve the children and encourage them to join in. Selection of food at breakfast and dinner was suited all our family's tastes, with plenty of choice. Ideal location for strolls along promenade and for the more adventurous trips to other islands, towns on the coast.

This was an excellent holiday in Tucepi! The hotel is only 10m from great beaches and has excellent facilities with great staff! Food was also very good with a lot of variety and fresh fruit. Everything is very clean throughout and the happy hours on cocktail drinks is a nice touch. Only criticism is that dinner should include a free drink for half board but prices are accessible. Overall, a great hotel excellently run in a fabulous country - Croatia!

We were here three nights, the entire staff that we interacted with were excellent. The front desk, the restaurant staff and the pool dude. Hotel itself could use a refresher, but it is ok
